Jipad-2000ML小型噴霧干燥機(jī)安裝說明:
1.將設(shè)備放置在一靠近通風(fēng)位置良好的位置,并固定底部輪彀;
2.將白色聚四氟墊片放置在玻璃干燥塔的上沿,然后將玻璃干燥塔連同墊片頂在黑色法蘭盤上并放正,*后用黑色大卡箍夾緊;
3.將旋風(fēng)分離器頂進(jìn)有紅色高溫標(biāo)志的不銹鋼出風(fēng)感測處,并擺正,然后用中型卡箍將旋風(fēng)分離器和干燥塔連接;(不銹鋼感測可以左右移動調(diào)節(jié),方便旋風(fēng)分離器和干燥塔更好的連接)
4.Jipad-2000ML噴霧干燥用小型卡箍將冷阱和玻璃干燥塔連接、卡緊;
5.用小型卡箍將收集瓶和旋風(fēng)分離器連接、卡緊;
6.以上裝配前需要將玻璃干燥塔、旋風(fēng)分離器、冷阱、收集瓶洗凈并烘干;
7.將排風(fēng)管連接好并**有紅色高溫標(biāo)志的不銹鋼出風(fēng)口感測的上沿,并保證排風(fēng)管的尾部對著通氣良好的地方,以防尾氣對實驗人員造成傷害;
8.將噴頭清洗干凈,并烘干保證噴頭出氣,出液的暢通(進(jìn)料口及進(jìn)氣口應(yīng)用四氟生料帶纏緊密封);
9.將噴頭**儀器的頂部噴霧口,并旋緊固定旋鈕;
10.用直徑小點的藍(lán)色PU氣管連接噴頭的上端及機(jī)殼右側(cè)邊上方的快速接頭,連接時保證藍(lán)色PU氣管插到底;
11.用直徑大點的藍(lán)色PU氣管連接噴頭側(cè)邊的快速接頭和右側(cè)邊上方的快速接頭,連接時保證藍(lán)色PU氣管插到底;
12.插上電源線,按下綠色開關(guān)按鈕(開機(jī)時,應(yīng)注意紅色急停處于通路狀態(tài)。彈起為開,按進(jìn)去為關(guān)閉),進(jìn)入工作界面,點擊蠕動泵按鈕使蠕動泵工作。此時將醫(yī)用硅膠進(jìn)料管順著蠕動泵轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動旋進(jìn)蠕動泵,并用白色夾子固定進(jìn)料管。以上工作完成后將進(jìn)料管進(jìn)料的一端插在噴頭的進(jìn)料口(以不能輕易拔下為準(zhǔn));
13.關(guān)閉顯示屏上蠕動泵按鈕使之停止轉(zhuǎn)動;
14.實驗時,將進(jìn)料管進(jìn)料的一端至于樣品瓶中(實驗過程中應(yīng)保證樣品不沉積,可在樣品瓶下部用磁力攪拌達(dá)到此目的,視樣品具體情況而定);
15.進(jìn)入顯示屏工作界面,分別點開風(fēng)機(jī)、加熱器、空壓機(jī)、通針按鈕,點擊進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度按鈕設(shè)定工作所需溫度并確定(設(shè)定溫度時應(yīng)了解溶劑沸點及溶質(zhì)的熔點,溫度設(shè)定值應(yīng)高于溶劑的沸點并低于溶質(zhì)的熔點);
16.帶溫度曲線趨于平穩(wěn)時,點擊蠕動泵工作按鈕開始進(jìn)料,進(jìn)料速度視實驗而定;
17.待試驗完成后,關(guān)閉蠕動泵、空壓機(jī)、通針、加熱器按鈕(注:此時禁止關(guān)閉風(fēng)機(jī)按鈕),待出風(fēng)溫度顯示低于30度時,風(fēng)機(jī)自動關(guān)閉;
18.關(guān)閉電源,斷開電源線。依次取下收集瓶、冷阱、旋風(fēng)分離器、玻璃干燥塔,噴頭(斷開藍(lán)色PU氣管時應(yīng)將快速接頭的藍(lán)色部件按到底然后輕松將PU氣管拔下);
19.收集好實驗后的物料;
20.將玻璃部件及噴頭洗凈、烘干以便下次實驗。
注:干燥塔、旋風(fēng)分離器、冷阱、收集瓶為易碎品,安裝、清洗、烘干時應(yīng)輕拿輕放。
